ingredients needed
- 2 whole Chicken breast
- 1 cup of Brown sugar
- 1 cup of Soy sauce
- 1 tsp seasonings (my mix is garlic salt ,pepper, and seasoned salt)
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 whole carrot
- onion green or white
- 2 cups of broccoli
- 4 eggs
first start by dicing your chicken and onion in squares and cook in pan sprinkle with seasonings
Then add your brown sugar and soy sauce together in a separate bowl then add to fully cooked chicken in the pan and mix all together keep on low heat
Next cook your rice ( I used instant rice )
Cook your scrambled eggs in separate pan then add to the white rice , add onion, carrot shreds, soy sauce and seasoning – if you like any other veggies in your fried rice you can add as well and mix well
cut fresh broccoli and boil
lastly serve and enjoy!
